Pembelajaran Mufradat Pada Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of Arabic vocabulary (mufradat) instruction for sixth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Falah Sukorejo Ponorogo. Mufradat plays an important role in developing Arabic language skills because it serves as a fundamental component in understanding and using the language. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research findings, teachers utilized various methods such as demonstrative techniques, visual media, word repetition, and educational games to facilitate students’ vocabulary acquisition. Students’ activeness during the learning process also contributed to the success of vocabulary instruction. However, the learning process faced several challenges, including limited learning media and differences in students’ levels of mastery. Therefore, the development of more innovative methods and approaches is necessary to improve the effectiveness of mufradat learning in the madrasah environment.
